If the EnterpriseASP Application or the EnterpriseWS application does not have permission to write to the errlog.txt file located in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\EnterpriseWS\ directory, it will give this error.

It is important to make sure that this file has its permissions set in such a way to allow the application to write to it.
