This is an error indicating that there is a conflict with some included files, and existing files on your system. To correct this error, go into the /EnterpriseASP/bin/ directory or the /EnterpriseVB/Bin/ directory and delete all the system files. Re-Compile the application. This should solve the problem. 

If the problem continues, read through and do the steps in the Deployment section of the Getting Started Guide to confirm that Visual Studio is installed and working properly.
