If you are getting the error message "File or assembly name <SomeEntityX>, or one of it's dependencies, was not found" when you are accessing the EnterpriseASP or the EnterpriseVB application for the first time after an installation, then the permissions are not set properly for your site. More specifically, the network service account does not have sufficient rights on one of the folders required for the ASP Dot Net application to run.  Please check and review all of the permissions on the folders that ASP Dot Net requires to run.
